I love reading your updates, the real and the raw. That is what life is all about - feeling those emotions and sharing stories. I too received a diagnosis in 2022 - and while it initially took my breath away and had me living a small life (and fearful of something else 'going wrong') - I've recently been able to see it as a gift in many ways. It's like the playing field has been shown to me in its entirety. My mental strength, focus and drive have been restored. And every day is a precious gift of time. Wishing you all the very best in 2023. Look forward to hearing more updates soon. xx
Have only recently ‘discovered’ you but I’m currently working my way through Find Your Word and #DecemberReflections. Such a wonderful, safe, supportive space you have created. Joining in has made me feel like I belong. Thank you. Happy New Year! Xx

I am especially grateful for YOU this year. Without your course I don't think I would have got back into journaling, and without that I don't know where I'd be in this moment, on the last day of a challenging year. Hopefully next year I'll get to give you biggest hug in person ♥
