I have followed you for many years and taken several of your courses, so listening to you this morning, I felt like I'd met up with a friend for coffee whom I hadn't seen for awhile! I appreciate your connection with "Baba" and the unique bond that you two have; and I love how informal and comfortable this podcast feels. Thank you! Thank you for this beautiful and heart-wide-open chat. I've followed your writing for years and have taken most of your courses. Your communications (whether written or video or audio) have always felt like sitting and talking with a dear friend. When Baba first came into your life, and you started posting photos on IG, I fell in love with her! Cats have always been part of my life (I have two at the moment), so I was excited to follow along on this "new" journey with you. Even when I was having an awful day, seeing the beautiful Miss Baba always made me smile and forget my problems for a moment. I think your creation of a journal to honor her and document this time with her is something you will forever be grateful you did. Much love, and big hugs, to both of you.
I was telling my therapist about you this morning, kinda raving about how authentic I find you and my absolute pleasure in having access to that realness. I am starting to dream about how I can share myself professionally with such authenticity. In any case, I am loving the Voice Notes. I thought the bell as an ending was genius I vote for the bell as the final note. Kind of like meditation starts and stops at temples. It leaves us, the listener, wherever we are. 🙏🏽

I'm experiencing a difficult summer and struggle at showing up online because I don't feel that joy and energy I usually share in my business and I don't want to show my pain.
