Hello! I’m Susannah.
I’m a writer and a teacher, a life-long journaler and an unexpected cat servant who’s been sharing her heart online since 2006. I’m the author of several books, including This I Know: Notes on Unraveling the Heart [SKIRT! 2012], and I spend my days helping people access their creative joy and nurture a deeper kinder relationship with themselves.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 49 and it was like getting the cover of the jigsaw box when I’d only ever had random pieces. Now it all makes sense… some days ;-)
When we share our stories we feel less alone and honestly, it’s one of my favourite things to do.
